Mold Damage – Tarpon Springs Office

Mold damage was discovered at this Tarpon Springs office in a storage room. When our trained technicians encounter a mold infestation like this one, they first set up a containment area to prevent mold spores from being spread throughout the office. Next, they would HEPA vacuum the entire affected area. The contents of the room would be moved to a decontamination area. All non-recoverable drywall would be removed. All affected surfaces would then be wet cleaned. Finally, an antimicrobial agent would be sprayed on all surfaces and the open drywall cavities. After completing all of these steps then the drywall could be replaced.
