Mold Damage – Tarpon Springs Home

Mold damage in this Tarpon Springs home developed while the home was under construction. Heavy thunderstorms had placed a lot of rainwater into the structure. Mold developed on the walls as seen in the before picture above. We were successful in cleaning the drywall making it unnecessary to replace it. This saved time and money for the homeowner and his insurance company. We used industrial air movers and refrigerant dehumidifiers to help in the drying process. When all the surfaces were cleaned and dried, we applied an antimicrobial substance to all of the surfaces to inhibit any future mold growth.
